VORA ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you use the VORA mobile application and website.

2. What We Collect

Account information: name, email address, profile photo
Document metadata: title, category, tags, reminder dates, notes
Device information: operating system version, app version
Usage analytics: feature usage, crash reports (anonymised)

We do not collect document content. Your actual files (PDFs, images) are stored directly in your Google Drive. We only store metadata about them.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the VORA service
To send reminder notifications about document expiries
To improve app performance and fix bugs
To process in-app purchases and subscriptions

4. Google Drive Access

VORA requests the drive.file OAuth scope. This means we can only access files and folders that VORA creates. We cannot see, read or modify any of your existing Google Drive files.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not train AI on your documents. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to provide the service (Google Drive API, Firebase, Google Play Billing).

6. Your Rights

Access: request a copy of your personal data
Correction: update inaccurate information
Deletion: delete your account and all metadata
Portability: your documents are already in your Drive
